Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue for your Bowls, Clothes, Accessories etc, and click on an item you wish to buy. Simply click on "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" and that item will be added to your personal shopping cart. You can access your Shopping Cart at any time to see exactly what you have ordered. To do this, simply click on "VIEW CART" You can also edit any item or items within your Shopping Cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "CHECK OUT" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Shipping And Handling
Shipping And Handling within the UK and it's islands & Eire, we charge £2.50 for all items except Bowls themselves where the total cost is £5.95. All items are sent by recorded delivery and a signature will be required on delivery. Postage costs are automatically added to the price of your order.
Delivery Schedule
Most bowls & accessories are normally dispatched within 24 hours. Normally delivery is 3-5 working days, but can take up to 14 days from dispatch at peak times for deliveries to UK and it's islands & Eire. US and other all other destinations can take up to 28 days. If a faster delivery service is selected. eg. Royal Mail Special Delivery, you should expect to receive your order before 12pm the next business day. Back Orders
On such rare occasions when items may be out of stock we will contact you by phone or e-mail to let you know, giving you the option to cancel the ordered item. The item can be back ordered for you, and dispatched as soon as new stock arrives. If you order more than one item, we can also dispatch what we have of your order, if you wish. No extra postal charges will apply.
